A mixed-use proposal combining new housing with the retention of an existing brewery at ground floor. The scheme is designed to respond positively to its emerging context while improving the surrounding public realm.

A 45-degree chamfer from the first floor upwards reduces the impact on neighbouring daylight and sunlight, while carefully oriented windows and louvres control overlooking. The result is a context-sensitive urban intervention that balances new residential accommodation with the continued commercial use of the site.
