WP Developments commercial units as part of residential-led mixed use buildings
Through our own development projects, we have a strong track record of successfully integrating commercial units into our residential buildings to meet Local Plan requirements for employment space. Our aim is to ensure both compliance and long-term value with a focus on commercial returns and future flexibility of use.
Projects include Kido Nurseries and Pre-schools in Fulham and Barnes as well as a Delicatessen shop in our Ellison Road development. Wimshurst Pelleriti generally provides a fully serviced shell & core and develops an interior layout in close co-operation with the future commercial tenants, who will undertake the fit-out with their preferred contractors.
