Tradestars introduces a new hybrid workplace model combining flexible office accommodation with integrated industrial storage for technology start-ups, online retailers and other emerging businesses.

Wimshurst Pelleriti worked closely with the client on the architectural concept, branding and delivery of multiple fit-out projects across London. At Hackney Wick, the 3,000sqm Cat A+ environment occupies six buildings across three storeys and combines plug-and-play office and storage space with a major new mezzanine and a series of smaller platforms, creating a flexible workplace designed around the needs of growing businesses.
