A major regeneration proposal for a designated opportunity site within the London Borough of Sutton Local Plan. Working with PA Housing, Wimshurst Pelleriti explored the potential for a high-density residential scheme with active retail uses at ground floor.
Planning has been secured for 113 affordable homes across a 20-storey building, with the project targeting net-zero carbon performance and making a significant contribution to the borough’s housing requirements.
