On this site in Battersea, WP are currently in the process of applying to build a new Doctors’ Surgery and 15 flats above.
The site is located on the corner of Thessaly Road and Corunna Road in Wandsworth and is only 400m from Battersea Power Station and within the Vauxhall, Nine Elms and Battersea opportunity area.
The proposed development comprises a six-storey mixed-use building that responds to the site’s prominent corner location at the junction of Thessaly Road and Corunna Road. The scheme has been carefully designed to respect the character of the Patmore Estate while acknowledging the continuing regeneration of the wider Nine Elms Opportunity Area.
