A refurbishment and extension of a two-bedroom Span House in Strawberry Hill, designed to sit comfortably within the fabric of the existing home and the principles of Eric Lyons’ original architecture.
Natural light, simplicity and a close relationship between old and new informed the design. Delivered on a modest budget of less than £100,000, the project relied on close collaboration between client, architect and contractor to achieve a carefully resolved extension on budget.
