A new residential neighbourhood on a constrained, north-facing site, conceived as a street rather than a collection of isolated buildings. Each home has its own character and direct access to green space, creating a strong sense of identity and community.

Building heights are carefully calibrated to the surrounding townscape, with double-height spaces maximising the potential of the homes while respecting the four-storey houses behind. Daylight and rights of light were central to the design, allowing sunlight to penetrate deep into the ground and first floors.
