The transformation of an existing two-storey office building into a six-storey, 100% social housing development providing 23 affordable apartments.
Located beside a Conservation Area, railway infrastructure, a bridge and a busy road, the constrained site required a highly coordinated approach from concept through construction. The project demonstrates how careful design can turn a difficult urban site into a positive addition to the streetscape while delivering much-needed affordable housing.
