A sustainable retrofit and extension of an existing 1980s office building, transforming it into a contemporary CAT A workplace.
The project responds to changing patterns of work and an increasingly competitive commercial market by creating flexible, high-quality office environments with an enhanced arrival sequence and generous external amenity. The emphasis is on improving the experience of the existing building rather than replacing it, reducing embodied impact while creating a more relevant and efficient workplace. Planning has been granted, with detailed design underway.
