The design for this tower maintained our focus on community and wellbeing. At 14 stories, the tower is far taller than surrounding developments, thus required wide public and planning consultation in order to gained approval. Its design quality was critical in gaining the recommendation for planning approval with general agreement that it was a new landmark building in its immediate locality with the potential to significantly enhance the public realm that it overlooks and. WP Developments was an investor in this project and took it through from concept through construction with the project completed in 2017.
