Located within a Conservation Area and beside a listed building, Flint House remodels and extends a 200-year-old locally listed cottage in South Creake, Norfolk.
The design combines the character of the existing building with the requirements of contemporary family life. The extensive use of flint, reflecting both the local geology and the material language of the existing cottage, is reinterpreted as a primary architectural element, creating a distinctive and tactile rural retreat.
