Dimes Place reimagines a former timber yard in Hammersmith as a characterful and sustainable workplace within a highly accessible brownfield site.
The proposal retains elements of the existing buildings and draws on the site’s industrial history to inform a contemporary architectural language. Along the narrow section of the site, a planted passage creates a new landscape edge between the development and neighbouring gardens, improving outlook while introducing a greener setting for the new offices.
