The brief was to design a residential-led development which includes affordable housing as well as a replacement employment space.

The site is located on the eastern corner of Sutton Park Road and Cheam Road in Sutton Town Centre. This 70 unit scheme spreading across two blocks of 13 and 5 storeys with commercial units on the ground floor. Both of the buildings emphasise verticality through scalloped brick walls - a design inspiration taken from the neighbouring listed Sutton Baptist Church built in an early 20th century expressionist brick architecture style
