The scheme provides a residential-led development with affordable housing and replacement employment space on a prominent site in Sutton Town Centre.

Comprising two buildings of 13 and five storeys, the 70-home development establishes a strong urban presence while responding to its surroundings. Scalloped brick elevations create a distinctive vertical expression inspired by the early twentieth-century brick architecture of the neighbouring listed Sutton Baptist Church, while active commercial uses at ground floor reinforce the street edge.
