Located adjacent to Metropolitan Open Land and within a Conservation Area, the proposal minimises the impact on the site’s trees, flora and fauna in order to preserve habitats, privacy and the character of the area.
Off-site manufacture will be utilised to minimise the construction impact and cutting edge environmental systems will be employed to ensure minimal day-to-day impact on the surrounding area.
