The proposal transforms an existing two-storey commercial building in Hainault, within a predominantly residential context, into a new mixed residential neighbourhood.
Following a permitted development submission for the change of use from office to residential, the scheme provides 52 three- and four-bedroom townhouses alongside 34 affordable apartments in a series of low-rise blocks. A network of shared green spaces, including a community playground, sensory gardens and residents’ gardens, provides a landscape framework that connects the development and supports a strong sense of community.
