For our return to the Fieldend Span House estate in Teddington we designed a Kitchen/Dining extension in a sustainable timber structure referencing the original house concept. Large windows, roof lights and a bay window seat invite in the green surrounding landscape.
An existing concrete floor slab and sections of masonry walls from a previous extension were retained and re-used to save cost and reduce carbon footprint.
