A competition proposal for the sensitive restoration, extension and adaptation of an existing listed boathouse. The scheme retains the historic building while extending its footprint to provide improved functionality and accessibility.

The proposal combines a contemporary architectural intervention with a strong emphasis on sustainability and phased construction, allowing the Boat Club to remain operational throughout the works.
