A site-specific residential proposal organised around a central green courtyard. Stepped building volumes and houses create a varied composition that responds to the surrounding urban grain while establishing a clear hierarchy between public, communal and private space.

The front building line is set back to align with neighbouring properties, creating a semi-private threshold to the street. The central landscape becomes the social heart of the scheme, while the rear volume is positioned parallel to the existing apartment building to maximise separation and privacy.
