Our developments are typically residential led mixed use schemes - but we saw an opportunity in Wimbledon to buy a dilapidated HMO with great bones which we painstakingly renovated back into a single house and sold earlier this year amidst a frankly awful property market. This one went to Best and Final bids, after two failed sales, which proved that you can deliver profitable schemes even in tough times if you deliver an exceptional product and you stick at it.
