A 14-storey residential tower conceived around principles of community, wellbeing and place-making. Significantly taller than its immediate surroundings, the scheme was developed through extensive public and planning consultation, with the quality of the architecture central to securing support.
The building establishes a new local landmark while improving the public realm around its base and creating a stronger sense of identity for the surrounding community. Wimshurst Pelleriti took the project from concept through construction, with completion in 2017.
