The redevelopment of a former semi-derelict site adjacent to Streatham Common station creates a new mixed-use landmark at an important local junction.
The existing building was replaced with a four-storey scheme comprising a ground-floor commercial space and nine apartments above. The development was conceived not simply as a replacement building, but as an opportunity to strengthen the street and contribute positively to the surrounding community. All nine apartments were sold off-plan ahead of completion in December 2021.
