The client is a new startup who aims to deliver a new form of hybrid office with intergrated industrial storage space, targeting new tech startups, online retailers and other sui generis users.
WP have been appointed to work in tandem with the client to design the concept and branding, whilst delivering multiple fitout projects across London.
The Hackney Wick shell and core space is spread over 6 buildings and 3 storeys. The scheme consists of 3000sqm Cat A+ Plug and Play fitout of hybrid office - storage space and includes the design and installation of an additional large mezzanine floor and multiple smaller mezzanines.
