The proposal is our own development project. It is the extension, reorganisation and refurbishment of the existing building to create a four-bedroom family house.

The refurbishment intends to be context specific and sensitive to the surrounding properties. This approach is not only visible through the form but also the choice of materials inspired by the local palette.

Sustainability upgrade was one of the key elements of the scheme. We’ve managed to move from Energy Efficiency Class rating E to B and Environmental Impact Rating from 45 to 81.
