We recently got planning permission for 9 residential flats in Acton. The proposal is for the demolition of existing buildings and the redevelopment of the site to accommodate a total of 9 flats across two buildings. This is achieved with two additional flats to an existing approved scheme of seven flats, maintaining the approved massing above ground with the addition of basements to both new buildings.

The proposed new building at the front of the site will contain five flats and maintain the coherence and consistency in character of the surrounding area and adjacent buildings. The flats will be a mix of 3x 1 bed flats and 2x 2bed flats arranged over 4 floors, with the largest 2bed and 1bed flats enjoying private outdoor space.
